1. Eligibility for Return

We have a 7 day return policy. Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Even if there is a size issue, you can return it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during special discounts, flash sales, or clearance events.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

3. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
3. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

4. Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be created on the source account in 10 days.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

All approved exchanges and replacements for damaged products will be delivered within 7 business days after approval.

7. Shipping Policy

Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days.
